Call of Duty complaints

I don’t fucking get it. I jump into a lobby full of shit heads who go negative but then when I play against then they turn fucking pro. Why does this always happen?? I was on top of everyone in my team but when going against me, they try hard. This fucking game pisses me off sometimes.
